Financial

Deposit and Full Payment:

US $ 500.00 (Five hundred US dollars) is required as deposit with application form. US $ 300.00 out of initial deposit is non-refundable. Balance due amount must be paid in full on or before 60 days prior to departure.

Refund and Cancellation:

• All amount including deposit will be refunded to the client if the trip is cancelled by the company, Narayan's Travel and Resort.

• All amount except US $ 300.00 will be refunded if cancelled by the client 60 days prior to departure.

• 25% of the total trip cost excluding airline fare* will be deducted if cancelled by the client 45 days prior to departure.

• 50% of the total trip cost excluding airline fare* will be deducted if cancelled by the client 30 days prior to departure.

• 75% of the total trip cost excluding airline fare* will be deducted if cancelled by the client 15 days prior to departure.

• 90% of the total trip cost excluding airline fare* will be deducted if cancelled by the client 5 days prior to departure.

• There will be no refund for breaching the contract during the trek, travel and tour.

*  Narayan's Travel & Resort will always follow "Airline Policies" on changing (schedule) and/ or canceling airline reservation regarding refund.

Liabilities

• As a participant of Narayan’s Travel & Resort, client must function as a full traveler/ trekker, paying own travel, maintenance and other incidental expenses.

• Client must understand that travel and living conditions might be difficult and different in travel/ trek destination compared to the country of origin. Client must possess the necessary skills and capability to camp outdoors (for trekker/s) for an extended period of time.

• Client will be traveling in a cross-cultural setting with a group of individuals from varied backgrounds and sometimes very different value systems.

• Client must understand that overseas travel and trek requires reasonably good physical condition, and it is client's' responsibility to inform Narayan’s Travel & Resort of any health problems or concerns client may have.

• Client must provide a copy of "Health and Travel Insurance" to Narayan’s Travel & Resort.

• Traveling, trekking, and mountaineering outside the country of client's residence are hazardous activities and s/he is voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the danger involved. Client must agree and accept any and all risks of injury or death.

• Client must agree that you s/he will not sue, or otherwise make any claim against Narayan’s Travel & Resort, or any of its employees, agents, contractors or volunteers for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of my participation in Narayan’s Travel & Resort, regardless of whether such injury, loss or damage was caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the action, negligence or otherwise by an employee, agent, contractor or volunteer of Narayan’s Travel & Resort.

• Client must also agree to release and discharge Narayan’s Travel & Resort, its employees, agents, contractors or volunteers from all action, claims or demands for himself/herself, or his/her family, heirs or personal representatives for death, injury or damage resulting from your participation with Narayan’s Travel & Resort.

• CLIENT MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND MUST CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE AGREEMENT/STATEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.

• CLIENT MUST READ & SIGN RELEASE OF LIABILITY ON THE 4TH PAGE OF APPLICATION FORM.
